Who are my contacts?
My principle is that all my mandates are a matter for the boss, because only when I am fully on the subject can I give my clients effective advice. Nevertheless, I get active support from experts in my network on numerous projects.
There are always specialists who can simply do certain things better. In my career, I have learned to "delegate" where necessary, without losing focus on the goal.
I am a freelance consultant in cooperation with the international US consulting and sales company MIAMI free wear & partner. A whole range of top-class specialists with the same "mindset" have found themselves under this roof. All clients benefit from this

Are you available as a temporary employee?
We discuss the plan and goal with the client in advance – the result counts, not the number of hours or status.
Our on-site time commitment depends on the mandate and can be intensive for trade fairs or events.
We understand consulting not as employment, but as a collaborative partnership for a common cause.
How do you work?
In fact, we have never "worked"; instead, we have always followed our passions. We are genuinely interested in all tasks and projects – as long as the passion burns and our health cooperates, we will continue to be available for cool and interesting projects.
Are you location-bound?
We are true FREE COSMOPOLITANS: We live wherever we are most needed – and wherever we like it. No matter where you are based: You will feel that we are very close to your project.
Do you work on a success basis?
We work on an hourly and daily rate basis. We are generally open to a partial performance-based fee structure.
How much does a consultation cost?
Our consulting services cost only a fraction of what they yield. If a clear added value is not apparent beforehand, a consulting engagement makes little sense for either party.
Our hourly rates are at manager level and are calculated hourly, daily, or as an individual consulting period. We always clarify fee arrangements and scope of services in writing before commencement. The initial consultation is free of charge for you (travel expenses are to be reimbursed) and takes place exclusively in person at the client's premises.
Are there minimum requirements?
I do not set any minimum requirements and accept new mandates based on criteria that I consider to be more important. What is important is the content and the added value for you as the client. It only makes sense if I feel that my advice can add value for you and your project.
