Until now, it was considered "impossible" to sustainably manufacture premium fashion and simultaneously ensure short-term availability. For our client, we realized precisely this combination with Portuguese and international partners: through careful material selection, traceable qualities, and lean, digitally supported production processes, an efficient supply chain was created that combines high quality with ecological and social responsibility. Already after one year, clear successes are evident—positive sales development, high repurchase rates, and strong trade resonance—leading to negotiations for a succession plan. The planned scaling will occur through a targeted expansion of the sales network while maintaining consistently high quality and sustainability standards.

The family-run BLACK SHEEP Spa group of companies from Calenzano has been producing "Italy - Fashion" since 1957 and has been one of the leading brands for men's trousers in Italy since the 1990s. I was entrusted with the reorganization of sales in Germany.

KONISHI - 4th generation

KONISHI Koi Farm is one of the most successful and renowned breeders in Japan. We were responsible for the "4th Generation" project for KONISHI Europe GmbH, which clearly highlighted the special breeding characteristics, color depths, and outstanding quality of these lines.

Koi connoisseurs have extremely high demands regarding patterns, skin luster, and uniformity—and the "4th Generation" products exceeded these expectations from the very beginning. The precise positioning and communicative staging quickly led to strong demand and enthusiasm in both the specialist and end-customer markets.

The project combined careful product presentation, target-group-specific communication, and building trust in a new generation of exclusive breeds—with measurable success for KONISHI Europe.

FUNKY CAP

FUNKY_CAP was a true "quick-fire project." When the general "hat boom" began and quickly gained momentum, we spontaneously launched a "hat project." FUNKY STAFF's sister brand, FUNKY_CAP, experienced explosive growth in a very short time. To this day, FUNKY_CAP fans love their hats, and the project's success has given us new inspiration.

The positive feedback and demand for our products show that we've struck a chord. This success makes us eager for more and motivates us to further expand our product range and develop innovative designs that will continue to ignite our customers' enthusiasm. The future of FUNKY_CAP looks very promising!

Long before the Corona pandemic, I was firmly convinced of the well-balanced mix between ONLINE & OFFLINE. Who can do this better than local specialist retailers? If you know today's most successful retailers, you don't have to look long for an answer.

FUNKY STAFF

What started as T-shirts on red hangers in the pronto-moda segment took the short-term system by storm. With around 700 specialist retail partners nationally and internationally and a large community of Funky fans, the brand developed rapidly. We accompanied this journey from the beginning: innovative designs, quick availability, and targeted marketing quickly made FUNKY STAFF well-known. The focus on quality and direct contact with retailers and end customers created a lively, loyal community and made the brand a relevant player in the market—until the COVID-19 crisis abruptly halted this success story.

The pandemic confronted the business model with drastic challenges, from which we gained valuable insights into resilience, supply chain flexibility, and crisis communication. These experiences now inform our consulting approaches to make brands more resilient and future-proof.

The legal requirements during the Corona pandemic threatened to destroy thousands of specialist retail businesses. Uwe didn't want to just stand by and watch, so he launched the protest campaign "Wir machen AUF_merksam" (We are raising awareness). Together with a great team, he actively worked to save many livelihoods. In an industry that is constantly changing, it is not an option to sit still and give up. Uwe and his team mobilized retailers and consumers to draw attention to the challenges and find solutions. Their initiative showed that commitment and collaboration are essential in difficult times to support the fashion industry and overcome the crisis together.

SULU

From 1991 to 2011, the entire focus was on the SULU brand. Together with 40 employees, we built SULU from scratch. The unmistakable designer signature, the fine fabrics and yarns and the high-quality workmanship formed the core of the brand. SULU was one of the "TOP THREE" brands in the so-called instant business.
